KELLY WHITE - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Kelly has spent over 25 years advising businesses how to grow their business, protect their reputation, and retain and recruit top talent.


Kelly has been a Marketing and New Business Director in law firms for 20 years with a seat on their respective Boards. She has worked for local, regional, national and boutique firms and on individual, business services, criminal and regulatory, both legal aid and privately paying. She understands how to work files to be profitable, WIP, lock-up, targets, billable hours, utilisation and SRA regulations. She knows how to market these services and what makes for a commercially great fee earner. 


Kelly said, ‘I have insider credibility from board-level law firm experience.'


Kelly is a guest speaker at the University of Coventry and University of Worcester.


JONATHAN WHITE - DIRECTOR

Jonathan has over 30 years experience in commercial, sales and managing Client development. He is Miller Heiman Large Account Management Process (LAMP) trained, designed to help sales teams effectively manage and develop relationships with their most important clients, and is experienced in managing complex business-to-business (B2B) sales, emphasising strategic planning and relationship building.


His career has included the customer service sector, insurance, financial services, mortgage lending and mortgage technology solutions, working with leading lenders and brokers


Working with the UK Institute of Customer Service in 2021, he worked with business leaders across 13 sectors, both private and public.


Jonathan has also been a guest speaker at Cranfield University.
