THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Research

In Stages 1 and 2 we work with you to understand your business, your future plans and where this role fits. 

We help you tell your story,  and why someone should join your business instead of all the other businesses recruiting. The best marketers aren’t just looking for 'another' job and from speaking to ambitious marketers, we know what really matters to them. 

We'll work with you to help create an asset which will attract the right person, for example, a video advert, traditional advert, or hiring manager video. 

Attraction to short-list

Stages 3 to 6 involve seeking out the best fit candidates as defined by the research phase. 


We will start looking at our existing network and also commence proactive headhunting to create a longlist all of whom we will telephone screen. 


With a shortlist prepared we will undertake deeper telephone screens and/or video interviews leading to our 

presentation of shortlist.

Interview to appointment

Arguably the most critical are Stages 7 to 9, where we move through interview to offer. We will manage all interviews and support through resignation of the successful candidate whilst offering support and care to those candidates who are not successful.  


Notice periods can be long so we will keep in touch with both client and successful candidate to facilitate a smooth transition.
