Kelly White has been a Marketing and New Business Director in law firms for 15 years with a seat on their respective Boards. 


She has worked for local, regional, national and boutique firms and on individual, business services, criminal and regulatory, both legal aid and privately paying. She understands how to work files to be profitable, WIP, lock-up, targets, billable hours, utilisation and SRA regulations. She knows how to market these services and what makes for a commercially great fee earner. 


Add to this she is has taken the CPE and  worked for Odgers Berndston, the global executive search firm who conduct permanent and interim board, executive and senior management appointments.
