Our Story

Based in Worcester, we opened our office doors in November 2023. 

Our vision is to create the lead which is both modern and client focussed, providing specialist recruitment services to the legal and financial services sector, across the UK. We  set about offering quality service with flexibility and style – something not always readily available within the recruitment sector.

Within a very short time of trading, our feedback and results showed that we have something special to offer clients and candidates. As a result of our different approach being welcomed by so many, our growth has been unprecedented.

Number Fifteen is a new breed of recruitment agency made up of individuals who have a drive to do things differently from other local and generalist recruitment agencies. We choose to be client and brand focused and use our expert skills to provide services in a way which best suits clients and candidates and not the recruiter.
